Express delivery!
Express delivery is made during 3 hours from the moment of booking on weekdays (Monday-Friday) from 10:00 till 19:00 within MKAD! If you book the tickets after 16:00, delivery will be made from 10:00 to 16:00 next day. Delivery cost - 500 rur. (Delivery can’t be made on Saturday and Sunday).

Ticket delivery is made by couriers within Moscow and its nearest suburbs only on working days (Delivery can’t be made on Saturday and Sunday).

Delivery cost is:

• Within MKAD: 300 rur.
• Outside MKAD, nearest suburbs of Moscow (Mitino, Severnoe Butovo, Solntsevo, Novokosino, Julebino): 450 rur.
• Outside МКАD, distant suburbs of Moscow (Novoperedelkino, Ujnoe Butovo , Kurkino): 450 rur.
• Towns of Moscow vicinity (Krasnogorsk, Lyubertsy, Reutov, Odintsovo, Balashikha, Zelenograd, poselok Rublevo, Dolgoprudny, Khimki): 600 rur.
• Towns of Moscow region (Мychishchi, Кorolev, Vidnoe, Oktyabrski, Dzerzhinsky): 600 rur.
• Towns of distant Moscow regions (Gorki, Barvikha, Jukovka, Usovo, Rublevo-Uspenskoe shosse): 700 rur.

Note: Delivery to outside MKAD regions is made till 16:00.

• Delivery is made within 2 working days before the event.
• Delivery is not made to the towns which are not mentioned above.
• Express delivery, registered after 16:00, is made on the next working day and considers to be express.

Ticket return

Tickets sold by agencies are not refunded or changed.

If the event is cancelled/replaced/postponed, accrued fees of the delivery service are not refunded.
