Big Sports Arena nowadays is one of the biggest football stadiums of the world, the center of the most important Moscow, allrussian and international contests. Arena has an elliptic form with the size of 301x240 m. Football ground with the size of 105х68 m is covered with the man-made lawn of the last, 4th, generation with antifreezing. 8-row round running track borders it, it has the length of 400 m. Near the West stands 8-row straight running track is situated, it has the length of 100 m; as well as 10 places for the athletic jumping are placed here and one - for the shot put.
