To book a ticket on our web-side you need to:
Step 1. Choose an event you want to visit;
Step 2. Choose a sector of the concert hall, the plan of which you’ll see after you get through Step1;
Step 3. Scheme of the sector with free seats will appear in the next window;
Step 4. Choose tickets. Click on the colorful square. To find out the price of the ticket hover on the place you are interested in.
Step 5. Chosen seats will change the color on orange.
Step 6. Next, click on “write up an order”. It’s necessary to indicate your name, surname, telephone number and E-mail address, home address (if you choose a delivery service) and further information (if necessary).

• Service tax is 10% of the ticket price.
• Reservation of tickets is good throughout the day of booking + the whole next day; afterward it becomes null and void!
• If you book more than 10 tickets in the name of one person, the date of tickets buy-out is at the day of booking!

Internet payment gateway through Cyberplat system:
- choose the event, place and make an order;
- choose the delivery method and click on “next”;
- chose “Internet payment gateway” method of payment;
- after the confirmation of your payment you are directed to the menu of payment system;
- authorize yourself in Cyberplat system, confirm the service fee;
- DON’T FORGET to write in your passport, remember your order number and PIN-code (written in parentheses next to the order number) or present your credit card;
TICKETS, BOUGHT THROUGH Cyberplat SYSTEM, CAN BE COLLECTED IN THE KASSIR.RU HEADQUARTERS ON ANY DAY OR YOU CAN WRITE UP A DELIVERY NOT EARLIER THAN 3 DAYS AFTER THE MOMENT OF PAYMENT.
The company reserves the right to postpone the date of delivery/ redemption in case of default of the cash inflow on the company’s bank account.

- Only cardholder can pick up the tickets in Main Office or accept the delivery on presentation of credit card and passport.
- "KASSIR.RU" makes a delivery within Moscow.
- If recipient is not cardholder, he has to show the power of attorney from cardholder and passport copy. Cardholder has to send an e-mail with photocopy of his passport in enclosure.

Payment through Yandex.Money system:
- choose the event, place and make an order;
- choose the delivery method and click on “next”;
- chose “Yandex.Money” method of payment;
- after the confirmation of your payment you are directed to the menu of payment system;
- authorize yourself in YandexMoney system, confirm the service fee;
- DON’T FORGET to write in your passport, remember your order number and one of the following numbersи:

* transaction number

- chose “WebMoney” method of payment;
- after the confirmation of your payment you are directed to the menu of payment system;
- authorize yourself in WebMoney system, confirm the service fee;
- DON’T FORGET to write in your passport, remember your order number and one of the following numbersи:

TICKETS, BOUGHT THROUGH WebMoney SYSTEM, CAN BE COLLECTED IN KASSIR.RU HEADQUARTERS ON ANY DAY OR CAN YOU WRITE UP A DELIVERY NOT EARLIER THAN 3 DAYS AFTER THE MOMENT OF PAYMENT.

WARNING! Tickets paid through the system Cyberplat, Yandex or WebMoney, issued in the central offices of the cities in which to carry out actions!

Express delivery!
Express delivery is made during 3 hours from the moment of ordering on weekdays (Monday-Friday) from 10:00 till 19:00 within MKAD! Delivery cost - 500 rur. (Delivery can’t be made on Saturday and Sunday).

Ticket delivery is made within Moscow and its nearest suburbs only on working days by couriers (Delivery can’t be made on Saturday and Sunday).

Within MKAD: 300 rur.
• Outside MKAD, nearest suburbs of Moscow (Mitino, Severnoe Butovo, Solntsevo, Novokosino, Julebino): 450 rur.
• Outside МКАD, distant suburbs of Moscow (Novoperedelkino, Ujnoe Butovo , Kurkino): 450 rur.
• Towns of Moscow vicinity (Krasnogorsk, Lyubertsy, Reutov, Odintsovo, Balashikha, Zelenograd, poselok Rublevo, Dolgoprudny, Khimki): 600 rur.
• Towns of Moscow region (Мychishchi, Кorolev, Vidnoe, Oktyabrski, Dzerzhinsky): 600 rur.
• Towns of distant Moscow regions (Gorki, Barvikha, Jukovka, Usovo, Rublevo-Uspenskoe shosse): 700 rur.

• Delivery is made within 2 working days before the event.
• Delivery is not made to the towns which are not mentioned above.
• Express delivery, registered after 16:00, is made on the next working day and considers to be express.

Tickets sold by agencies are not refunded or changed.

If the event is cancelled/replaced/postponed, accrued fees of the delivery service are not refunded.

If you live in another city/country, you can pay your order by the following method:
You remit money to the private individual in any of Western Union outlets. Data of the recipient is stipulated with the client by phone (495) 730-730-0. Once our manager gets a transfer, hard tickets remain in Kassir.ru office till the date of the event.
