1. Tickets on the entertainment events can be returned in accordance with the rules confirmed:
1.1. Tickets are to be returned only if the event is cancelled, replaced or postponed. 1.2. Ticket return can be made only if the ticket was bought in KASSIR.RU company. 1.3. Tickets can be returned in KASSIR.RU headquarters at the address: Leningradsky avenue, 37, b.9 (metro station Dinamo), from Monday to Friday from 9-30 till 18-00 (ticket return can’t be made on Saturday and Sunday!) 1.4. In case of the ticket return you are required to show your ticket, sales receipt or receipt on payment and passport of the person indicated on the receipt.
Ticket return doesn't allow a refund of service and delivery fees!
2. Refund of the ticket price in case of the cancellation, replacement or postponement of the event:
2.1. Refund of the ticket price, including cancelled, replaced or postponed events, is made pursuant to the rules (date and address of the ticket return) regulated by the organizer of the event, according to the submitted letter of the organizer. 2.2. If the event is cancelled, a client gains a nominal amount of the ticket price. Accrued fees of the reservation and delivery services are not refunded. 2.3. If the client doesn’t accept tickets of the replaced event which was postponed, he is offered a nominal amount of the ticket price. Accrued fees of the reservation and delivery services are not refunded.
